Here's a no kill animal shelter that feeds a raw food diet based on my web site. You just got to love people who operate these no kill shelters and feed a raw food diet. If a shelter can feed a raw food diet to over 130 cats, then it's got to be easy enough for the individual to feed their pet or pets in their home. Shelters like this really need your support, so why not send them a cash donation:

2nd Chance Sanctuary:

• 2nd Chance Sanctuary is a shelter for orphaned and non-releasable wildlife and is supported by the Pet Health Center, a unique online veterinary practice. In addition, this shelter helps kids in trouble.

• This is a great web site providing lots of information about all types of creatures, great and small, from bats and ferrets to big cats and reptiles.

• Veterinary Consultation. If you need a convenient and affordable veterinary consultation, while taking advantage of 40 years of experience, training and knowledge, then Dr. Ron Hines, DVM PhD, is at your service. One of the few vets who provides consultations via the Internet.

I must admit, I am in awe of the work done at the seal rescue shelter. They rehab the seals using natural methods including homeopathy. This shelter has had such great success they it has been featured on Jack Hanna's TV show with Jack Hanna paying a personal visit. However, many of you may have discovered this shelter, like I did, while watching an episode of Martha Stewart. I sent my kudos to Martha for supporting such a great cause.

Mark Shand helps protect and educate about Indian elephants. From what I can tell, he has no web page, but you can support him by reading his books or watching his videos:
